Advantages

The crew are fascinating. They are friendly and lively. Special mention to Alex, Pandee and Cynthia who served us in our dinner in Il Palladio. They made us feel like we are family by caring and serving us with a cheerfulness. Also dance instructors Tabea and Camelo who happily and patiently teach us in dancing.

The Ship was a real surprise she's lovely the staff were absolutely fantastic nothing too much trouble the whole atmosphere was very chilling.

Weak Points

We booked two excursions but only went on one because the first one in Hamburg was an absolute disaster so we got our money back (well hopefully we will) for the trip we booked for Rotterdam.
