Lifts were odd, choosing your floor snd being designated a lift

English did not seem to be the first language for any of the staff and spent a lot of time repeating ourselves, or just accepting whichever drink was assumed we had asked for The wait for the lifts was a pain I asked for an early sitting at dinner. My husband is diabetic and that suits his routine. We were allocated 7pm. Asked to change but was told not possible
