Bars, lounges and entertainment

Viking Mira's social spaces are designed around Scandinavian restraint — calm, generous rooms rather than anything loud or overtly theatrical.

The Living Room sits at the heart of the ship, with live classical music from the Viking Resident Musicians setting a relaxed tone day and evening. Its centrepiece is the Clinker Bar, whose design evokes ancient Nordic longships. Torshavn® takes a different mood — think Hollywood's golden age of jazz, with live music and cocktails in an intimate lounge. The Explorers' Lounge offers two-storey panoramic windows framing the ocean, drawing inspiration from the great voyages of discovery. Viking Mira has two distinct pool experiences. The Main Pool with Retractable Roof is heated and open year-round whatever the weather, with a large poolside screen for evening film screenings. The Infinity Pool, described as one of the first of its kind at sea, is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that blur the boundary between ship and destination; a hot tub sits alongside it, and the adjacent Aquavit Terrace is available for evening dining.

The Nordic Spa is complimentary to enter — the sauna and snow grotto are included — though individual treatments and classes carry a separate charge.
