Royal Beach Club Lelepa cruises in 2027 and 2028

Royal Beach Club Lelepa is the South Pacific’s only private cruise beach — exclusively for Royal Caribbean guests — and CruiseAway makes it easy to get there. Sailings depart from Sydney and Brisbane, so if you’re close to either port you can board without a flight; if you’re travelling from another state, a short domestic hop is all it takes. Our cruise experts will help you pick the right ship, the right cabin grade and the fare type that suits you, and our Best Price Guarantee means you won’t find it cheaper elsewhere. We can bundle flights, hotels, transfers and tours into one DreamAway Package if you’d like everything sorted in one booking.

Royal Beach Club Lelepa is a private beach destination in the South Pacific, available exclusively to Royal Caribbean guests. Sailings to this destination depart from Sydney and Brisbane, with itineraries running across the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and French Polynesia. Voyages range from short getaways to longer explorations of up to 18 nights, with a median length of 9 nights — enough time to take in several island stops before returning home.

What is Royal Beach Club Lelepa?

Royal Beach Club Lelepa is Royal Caribbean’s private island-style beach club in the South Pacific, open only to guests sailing with the line. It gives Royal Caribbean passengers an exclusive place to relax ashore — with access limited to those on board, it is a very different experience from a busy public port. Every sailing includes a call at the beach club as part of the itinerary, so you don’t need to choose between it and the rest of the voyage.

The beach club is the centrepiece of the South Pacific sailings from Sydney and the South Pacific sailings from Brisbane, and it is a key reason many travellers are drawn to these particular itineraries.

Where do these sailings go?

The itineraries cover four main regions, and the spread gives you genuine choice depending on how long you want to be away and what kind of scenery you’re after.

South Pacific

The largest share of sailings head into the South Pacific, with Royal Beach Club Lelepa as a highlight stop. These itineraries are well suited to first-time Pacific cruisers and those who want a mix of relaxation at a private beach and island exploration. Most depart from Sydney or Brisbane.

Australia coastal

A strong selection of sailings keeps close to the Australian coastline, making them a natural fit for those who want to discover more of their own backyard. These round trips depart from and return to Sydney or Brisbane. If you’re based in another city, a domestic flight to the departure port is the easiest way to join the ship — and CruiseAway can book that flight, your pre-cruise hotel and your transfers as part of the same package.

New Zealand

Several sailings head across the Tasman to New Zealand, calling at a range of ports along the way. Many of these are one-way itineraries: the voyage ends in a different city from where it starts, so a domestic flight connects the two ends of the trip. CruiseAway can handle that return leg, along with any hotels you need either side.

French Polynesia

A smaller number of sailings venture further into French Polynesia, offering a longer and more immersive Pacific experience. These are among the longer voyages available and suit travellers with more time to spend at sea.

Which ships sail to Royal Beach Club Lelepa?

Two Royal Caribbean ships operate these itineraries, each with a distinct character. A third, Ovation of the Seas, also appears in this programme — details on her cabins and deck plans are available on the Ovation of the Seas cabins page.

Voyager of the Seas

Voyager of the Seas operates the majority of the Brisbane-based sailings. She carries a real ice rink, waterslides and a Broadway-style theatre, so there is genuinely something to do on every sea day. The adults-only Solarium is a quieter retreat for those who want to relax while younger travellers occupy themselves in Adventure Ocean’s age-specific activities. And when the ship docks at Royal Beach Club Lelepa, guests step ashore at the South Pacific’s only private cruise beach — exclusively theirs for the day.

Cabin options on Voyager of the Seas include:

  • Inside cabin with Promenade view (2T) — 15.5 m², sleeps 2. An interior window looks onto the Royal Promenade rather than the sea, giving you a sense of the ship’s buzz at a price below a standard ocean-view cabin.
  • Ultra-Ocean-view cabin (1K) — 30.5 m², sleeps 6. At 30.5 m² this is roughly twice the size of a standard ocean-view cabin, giving families and groups noticeably more space.
  • Spacious Balcony cabin (1B) — 18.9 m², sleeps 4. Your own private outdoor space with sea air and sea views — something interior and ocean-view cabins don’t offer.
  • Royal Suite (RS) — 117.1 m², sleeps 4. The largest suite on board, with an 18.2 m² balcony offering unobstructed panoramic views. See the full layout on the Voyager of the Seas cabins and deck plans page.

Anthem of the Seas

Anthem of the Seas is the Sydney-based ship in this programme. The North Star observation pod lifts guests above the ocean in a glass capsule — it is one of the most distinctive features at sea. On the FlowRider surf simulator and the SeaPlex sports complex there is rarely a quiet moment for active travellers, while the adults-only glass-domed Solarium pool offers a calm contrast after a day ashore at a South Pacific island. A full programme of live music and West End-scale theatre productions fills the evenings.

Cabin options on Anthem of the Seas include:

  • Inside cabin with virtual balcony (1U) — 15.4 m², sleeps 4. A high-resolution screen streams a live sea view in real time, bringing the outside into your cabin without the balcony price tag.
  • Ocean-view cabin (2P) — 253 m², sleeps 4. A generously proportioned cabin with a spacious living area and sofa, suited to families or anyone who wants room to spread out.
  • Large Balcony cabin (2G) — 253 m², sleeps 4. The same generous footprint with the addition of a private balcony — a good choice for longer voyages or groups travelling together.
  • Royal Loft Suite (RL) — 152.4 m², sleeps 6. A two-level maisonette with the bedroom on the upper level overlooking the living room below — the most spacious accommodation on the ship. Full deck plans are on the Anthem of the Seas cabins and deck plans page.

What fare types are available?

Royal Caribbean offers several fare types on these sailings, including a standard Cruise Fare and a Solo/Single Fare for guests travelling alone. Promotional fare types such as last-minute offers and reduced fares for third and fourth guests appear on select sailings — availability and terms vary by sailing, so it is worth checking with our cruise experts for what applies to your chosen departure. Prices start from A$348 pp* for qualifying sailings.

Savings of up to 31% are available on some departures — though that figure applies to a single sailing, with most discounted voyages reduced by around 10% from the price previously listed for that cabin grade.

Sailing from Sydney or Brisbane — what’s the difference?

Most sailings depart from Australian ports, so no international flight is involved. If you live in Sydney or Brisbane, you can travel straight to the terminal — no airport, no check-in queues. If you’re based elsewhere in the country, a short domestic flight is the simplest way to reach either port, and CruiseAway can book that alongside your cruise as a single package.

A small number of sailings depart from Honolulu, which suits those combining the cruise with a trip to Hawaii. For those sailings, we can arrange the flights, the hotel before or after, and the transfers — everything on one booking. A handful of itineraries also end in Singapore, making them practical one-way voyages for travellers already planning to be in that part of the world.

For more departure options closer to home, see cruises around Australia in 2027 or browse last-minute cruises from Sydney if your dates are flexible.

Make it a full holiday with CruiseAway

CruiseAway is a cruise specialist — every booking is a cruise or a cruise-inclusive package. Our team can add flights, hotels, tours, transfers and insurance around your sailing, whether you want a simple bundle or a fully custom holiday. That is what a DreamAway Package delivers: your cruise, your flights, your hotel the night before, and your transfers, all confirmed in one place.

If you’re celebrating over the festive period, you might also want to look at New Year’s Eve cruises or our New Year’s Eve cruise guide for sailings that ring in the year at sea.

*Prices are per person based on 2 people sharing, and are subject to change. This price is not kept up to date and therefore does not reflect live pricing and availability. Prices and any discounts shown were checked on 14 October 2026.

Where a discount is shown, it is a reduction from the price previously listed for that cabin grade on that sailing, not a comparison between cabin grades or against a brochure rate. Discounts and prices shown are not kept up to date: the reduction available now may be smaller, or may have ended, and prices may have changed.
