Terms and Conditions for media content

The following Terms and Conditions apply.

By uploading photos and videos you declare:

(i) that you own all the rights to the photos and videos and are authorized to publish them;

(ii) that you have obtained the irrevocable consent of any depicted person to publish these photos and videos;

(iii) that by uploading the photos and videos you do not infringe upon any third party, personal or trademark right as well as any copyright.

Additionally, by uploading photos and videos you grant Dreamlines GmbH and their affiliate companies (“us” / “our”) the non-exclusive, irrevocable, gratuitous right not limited in time or territory to publish, copy and distribute the photos and videos on our Internet websites, in our electronic newsletters or printed promotional material, and/or on our company accounts maintained with social media networks. Please note, some social media network operators store data outside the European Union, where less privacy protection regulation may apply. There is no entitlement to the storage and/or use of uploaded photos and videos by us, nor to any author’s designation. For legal purposes, we reserve the right to delete or take down any photos or videos used for any or no reason, subject to our unrestricted discretion.
