The ship is huge, all the face to face staff are super friendly and just want you to have the best time

The guest service staff were the exception though - they were very curt in dealing with questions. the shuttle bus was a bit of a rip off

Good size - lots of storage space - very clean and comfortable

This was the perfect holiday from start to finish. The ship was spotlessly clean, food was exceptional and staff were amazing.

I love the evening entertainment , cleanliness, ambience around the ship

The fact that I wasn’t offered the stateroom that I was charged for by CRUISE1st and despite my calls to cruise 1st customers support nothing was done despite empty promises to look into it .

What I didn’t like was that I paid for a balcony with a sea view but was given a balcony with obstructed view. This ruined my whole experience and will not recommend. I was not informed at the time of booking via Cruise1st that what I was charged for that sort of view otherwise ...
