Reasonable price charged with no extra for gratuities.Ship has the wow factor especially when the ceiling display is shown after the evening shows.

Very busy in main gallery after shows.On one sea day because the weather wasn't very good unable to eat in buffet until well in to the afternoon due to people sitting for long periods.

Please don’t listen to the Negative reviews, they are unrealistic and don’t reflect the reality of the cruise and affordability of the cruise. The staff were really friendly and engaging towards us and our children ranging from 5 to 12 years old. The trip was a good experien... mehr anzeigen

The only negative is other customers on board, there wasn’t much common courtesy at all with very little manners whilst navigating throughout the ship

Other cruises have been on smaller ships. Think I'm more suited to that

Ship was lovely.

Service miserable, staff unhelpful, didn't like how you needed a phone for everything including the menu at dinner.

The dining in the Symphony restaurant part, they sit you with people you don't know which is a big issue for my wife, we were lucky that those we sat with nice people, also the food was not very good, small portions that go for looks over taste

The ship was amazing and staff were great and the food was amazing

Only the WiFi cost was expensive and cost of goods on board
