I loved the ship. It was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed the food, especially the Italian dishes and pizza. The evening shows and entertainment team were fantastic.

Nothing major, just a long wait in the main restaurant one night.,

Good atmosphere, ship familiar so all very good

Last excursion to Sandnes was a farce lift ship by tender no directions on how to get to the city centre also too long waiting to get on a tender at least two hours

Shower drainage was smelly Food quality has deteriorated since I last travelled on virtuosa in 2024 Staff seemed overworked and tired Entertainment could be improved.

I LIKE HOW FRIENDLY THE STAFF WERE TO EVERYONE IT WAS SO CLEAN EASY TO GET AROUND DIPITE BEING A FULL CRUISE AND SO BIF, ALWAYS GOT A LOUNGER AND SEAT IN BAR

Boarding was exceptional.

It was very family orientated. Went to see the comedian and it was like going to a childrens show. Didn't bother with any other shows. Difficult to get a seat in most of the bars.
