Cost of excursions, cost of 'special dining'. I was surprised when I was not notified of the damage to my case on boarding. I did not expect replacement nor finical re-embusement, I think being informed would have been good manners.
Cleanliness 10/10, bed 9/10, bathroom 10/10, balcony more comfortable chairs would be nice,
