Breakfast at the hotel After breakfast, meet your guide who will remain with the group throughout their stay and depart west on the Trans-Canada Highway into the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Enter Banff National Park and drive the Bow Valley Parkway to see Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Falls and then travel onward to Lake Louise, the most photographed lake in Canada. After time to enjoy the turquoise lake and Victoria Glacier, continue to the mountain town of Banff. Check in at the hotel. Day 3: Banff - Columbia Icefield (Jasper NP) - Banff
Breakfast at the hotel Today’s full-day excursion travels along the Icefields Parkway, one of the world’s most scenic roads. Stop at Bow Lake and Peyto Lake, then continue past the “Weeping Wall” and Sunwapta Pass to the Columbia Icefield. At the Athabasca Glacier, you have free time to view the glacier or join the optional Ice Explorer Tour on a specially designed Ice Explorer onto the glacier. Day 4: Banff - Yoho/Kicking Horse - Rogers Pass – Kamloops
Breakfast at the hotel Depart Banff and travel west through Yoho National Park, stopping at Emerald Lake and to view the engineering feats of the Kicking Horse Pass. Continue via Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park and stop at Craigellachie, site of the “Last Spike” that completed the transcontinental railway. Arrive in Kamloops and check in. Breakfast at the hotel After breakfast, journey south along the Fraser River and through the fertile orchards of the Okanagan Valley before crossing the Canada–US border into Washington State.
