Cairns is located in the north of Queensland, Australia. The city is known particularly for being in close proximity to the Great Barrier Reef, the longest coral reef in the world, also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Daintree tropical forest which is the oldest of it's kind in the world is also only a short distance away. The city itself boasts a laid-back lifestyle with a buzzing social scene evident through the presence of numerous cafés, clubs and restaurants. Willis is one of the islands in the Coral Sea Islands Territory and is located just off the coast of Cairns, Australia. It is the only island that is permanently inhabited.
