Fort de France is the capital of Martinique and one of the largest cities of the island. Port Elizabeth is the capital city of the Bequia Island that is part of the Grenadines. Mayreau has only around 300 residents and is the smallest inhabited island of the Grenadines. All residents live in the singular village of the island - Old Wall which is reachable by only one single road.

The Tobago Cays are an archipelago comprising five small uninhabited islands located in the Southern Grenadines. The Tobago Cays are now the key element of the Tobago Cays Marine Park, a national park and wildlife preserve run by the St.Vincent and the Grenadines government.

Pigeon Island is an islet located in the northern region of Saint Lucia. Composed of two peaks the island is a historic site with numerous forts such as an 18th-century British fort. In 1979 it was named a national park. Today, Pigeon Island is the home and major venue of the Saint Lucia Jazz Festival.

Soufriere is a town on the southwest coast of Saint Lucia and the capital of the district. Worth seeing in Soufriere are the sulfur springs in the only "drive-in" volcano in the world. Up close you can marvel at a guided tour, the sulfur springs and the now-active volcano.

Portsmouth is the former capital of Dominica on the Indian River in the north of the island of Dominica. Portsmouth has 3633 inhabitants and is the second largest municipality in the island state. The city belongs to the Saint John Parish.

The Iles des Saintes got its name from the Portuguese seafarer Christopher Columbus, who set foot on the island on All Saints day in 1493 and names it after the holiday. After long battles between England and France over the island group, it eventually officially became part of France in the year 1816.

South Friar's Bay is one of the two bays that stretch along the coast of the isthmus connecting the Southeast Peninsula, with the rest of the island of Saint Kitts. It is really popular not only because it a beautiful beach but also for its wide choice of places to eat and drink.
