If you have commenced your travel and have been impacted by the recent travel restrictions, please contact guest relations/ hospitality desk on board as well as the airline itself to coordinate your return flights home or make other necessary arrangements. For all hotels/tours, please make sure to contact the emergency number shown on your voucher.
If you would like to get a quote for cancelling your cruise, we strongly suggest that you wait until 2 or 3 weeks before your departure as the outbreak development and cancellation Terms and Conditions are changing on a daily basis. The information we provide today will be accurate, but this information is changing and being amended regularly as departure time approaches and travel advise conditions updated.
If you are following up on a refund or a reimbursement claim, please note that we are working through processing refunds and claims on our end for your cruise portion and other elements. This includes submitting copies of your receipts to the cruise lines and other suppliers and requesting assistance in recovering the costs for any out-of-pocket expenses that you have incurred. Please be aware that there will be a delay on top of the usual 8-12 weeks wait time for the refunds to reach your bank account. This time frame is also unfortunately being pushed out due to the ongoing sheer volume on transactions being processed by all parties.

The World Health Organisation characterised COVID-19 as a pandemic as of 12 March 2020 and unfortunately, many cruise lines have made the difficult decision to suspend their operations for a short period of time.
