The international cuisine onboard all ships, is prepared by top chefs and includes a wide selection of buffet-style breakfast, table d'hote and buffet dinners. Upon embarkation, the Maitre d'Hotel will take your dining room reservation. You will have the choice, depending on availability, of 1st or 2nd sitting. Times vary depending on the arrival and departures times at the ports of call but they are always mentioned in the Daily Programme. Breakfast and lunch do not require any reservation; they are free sittings and therefore you can choose between the buffet on the open deck or the restaurant.
