Of the 67 cabins on board, four are suites and the rest are outside cabins furnished with a mix of baroque and modern décor. All cabins have a handmade Savoir® double bed where you can have the most relaxing sleep after a day of travelling. The cabins and suites on the Rhine Deck also have their own French balcony which allows you to feel the breeze in your hair as the ship sails past incredible views. The suites also feature additional services.
The panoramic restaurant allows you to have the best of regional and International dishes with other passengers in an elegant atmosphere. The lounges are complete with a range of drinks and exquisite wines, as well as a tea and coffee bar which is open all day.
Aboard the River Empress you will never experience the feeling of boredom as there is so much to do such as traditional cruise games like shuffleboard or large chess. Should you want a more quiet time away from the hustle and bustle then visit the library which contains a well-stocked collection of books or sit out on the Sun Deck to soak up some rays. To keep fit there is a fitness centre available for your use. In the evenings you can hit the dance floor in the evenings.
The spa on board gives you a place to pamper yourself with a massage, sauna or steam room.
During the day you can wear more casual attire but the evenings call for more elegant, formal attire.
