A great variety of cabin categories are available on board the Sapphire Princess. The offerings range from inner and outer cabins to balcony cabins, mini-suites, and deluxe suites, which are designed and furnished to the highest of standards. Cabin sizes range from 16 m² to 123 m², ensuring just the right amount of space for everyone. Over half of all cabins have a private balcony, making them particularly perfect for a comfortable holiday. A special design and warm colours give each cabin a wonderfully homey, pleasant atmosphere.
The master chefs aboard the Sapphire Princess promise their guests only the finest cuisine, which can be enjoyed in numerous dining rooms. Sample traditional dishes in the International Dining Room or feast on other delicious delicacies in one of the 24-hour specialty restaurants, such as the Pacific Moon, the Savoy, or the Vivaldi Dining Room. Local specialties and particularly gourmet dishes can be found in Sabatini’sTrattoria, among other fine locations. Meat-lovers will be thrilled with a visit to the Sterling Steakhouse. If you would prefer to dine more casually or want to spend a little more time by the pool or on deck, the smaller, casual dining restaurants are for you. A few examples of these include a patisserie, the Prego Pizzeria, and the Wine & Caviare Bar. Coffee, tea, water, and iced tea are always on the house in the buffet restaurants. A variety of bars are well equipped with cocktails and other beverages to make your evening as enjoyable as possible. The excellent service personnel will tend to your every need no matter where you choose to dine.
The Sapphire Princess provides more than enough opportunities for fun and entertainment. Professional artists on board will take great care to keep the boredom far away. Marvel at a fantastic show in the Princess Theatre, catch all the latest films in the cinema, try your luck at the Grand Casino, or enjoy nightclub performances in the Explorers Lounge. There and in the Skywalkers Nightclub and Club Fusion you have the opportunity to get to know other passengers and really finish the evening off right. A great selection of comfortable lounges and bars are available for cosier, quieter evenings. Children and teens can also look forward to lots of fun on board. They have their own 900 m² sized indoor and outdoor area for playing and hanging out, including a special pool for the youngest guests on board.
Relaxing is certainly a wonderful activity, but it’s not the only thing to do aboard the Sapphire Princess. Attend interesting lectures, art exhibits, or professionally-instructed courses, or put in a bid for a unique piece of artwork at an auction. You’re also welcome to spend a quiet afternoon or two browsing in the library. If you’re more athletically-inclined and don’t want to forego your workout routine while on holiday, feel free to use the athletic track, 9-hole golf course, or the Center Court, or really power up in the modern fitness studio or sports hall in the Lotus Spa, after which you can cool off in one of the pools on board. No matter if you’d prefer to spend your holiday working out or simply relaxing, you’re bound to find the right offerings for just about everything on board.
Light, casual clothing is recommended for warm weather above all. Smart-casual, more elegant clothing can be worn in the evenings. It should be noted that shorts, swimwear, and similar athletic wear are not permitted in public spaces, such as in à la carte restaurants. Warmer clothing is also recommended for cooler evenings on deck and air conditioned rooms. Appropriate clothing for land excursions and possible visits to places of worship should also not be forgotten, and more formal, elegant clothing is recommended for special occasions in the à la carte restaurants.
