Book your cruise in the period between 1 October 2016 and 31 October 2016 to be in the weekly draw to win a specialty dining package or a beverage package or double your onboard credit. All successful applicants that booked between (and including) 1 October 2016 and 31 October 2016 will be drawn by our marketing department during the working week of the 7 November 2016. The winner will be exclusively notified by CruiseAway no later than the end of the working week of 21 November 2016 via the email address or phone number that they have provided to receive information regarding their booking.
No other form of notification will take place. The winner must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the notifying email or phone call and provide CruiseAway.
If you fail to do so, your prize shall be forfeited automatically without further notice. In this case, our marketing department will immediately pick a new winner, in which the same rules described above regards to notification, contact and profit decline apply. If you cancel your booking before announcing the winner, your competition entry will be automatically canceled. The winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to a third party without the prior approval of Dreamlines Australia Pty Ltd.Participation and prize conditions
Any person can partake, unless they violate the following terms of participation. Minors, and employees of Dreamlines Australia Pty Ltd and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the contest or win the draw. A payout of the equivalent value of the win is not allowed. The odds of winning are not affected by travel bookings. The decision is final and the jurisdiction of a court is excluded. We are not responsible and hold no liability for the services of tour operators, and we are not liable for carrying out the holiday details, particularly in non-delivery, incomplete delivery or non-timely provision of the winner’s duty to cooperate.Processing data within the framework of participation and consent
To allow you to participate in the draw, Dreamlines Australia Pty Ltd will process your information and use it electronically for the operation of the sweepstake. Your data will be collected, stored, processed and used exclusively for purposes of lottery participation. The transfer of your data to third parties will not take place with the exception of the disclosure of the winner’s data to the tour operator in the event of profits claim. We are entitled, but not obliged, to display personally identifiable information (name and address) of the winner in abbreviated form (eg "Jennifer B. from Stanthorpe") on our website, in our newsletter and/or publish on our company social networks pages, for example Facebook. Please note that some operators of social networks (eg Facebook) store data outside Australia and such data may be subject to a lower legal level of data protection, namely in the United States of America. The winner’s information is also necessary for the prize notification and processing the prize, and will remain stored with us for this reason. You can withdraw your consent to data processing in the context of the competition at any time that is no later than 31 October 2016.
