Scenic Tours has just procured the Scenic Tsar and over 6.25 million Euros will be invested to completely refurbish and deliver the premier, first class luxury river cruising vessel on Russia's waterways.

Scenic Tsar will be the first small ship in Scenic Tours fleet. Guests will enjoy the intimate small ship with cruising for a maximum of 112 guests. On board 93% of staterooms and suites have their own
private balconies and all cabins will be furnished with stylish ensuites, satellite TV, in-room safe and mini bar with bottled water replenished daily. The Scenic Tsar offers the ultimate in Russia River
Cruising accommodation with the inclusion of four luxurious Royal Suites.

Scenic Tsar will offer a deluxe single seating dining room, the choice of two bars, a large lounge and entertainment area capable of seating all guests comfortably, as well as a wellness area for Beauty
