Constitución is a seaside resort, industrial town (paper and pulp) and minor port, in Chile, located in the Maule Region, Talca Province in Chile. It is situated 113 km's from Talca.

Constitución is known for its beautiful beaches. Among its most famous beaches, it is possible to mention: Las Cañas, Vega de los Patos, Calabocillo and Los Gringos. It is also an important coastline spa.
