Ainsworth Bay and Tucker island are located in the Tierra del Fuego region of Chile. Ainsworth bay is a coastal inlet fed by the meltwater of Marinelli Glacier. It is accessed via the Straits of Magellan and the Admiralty Fjord. The Marinelli Glacier is in a state of retreat.
Tucker island is located in Ainsworth Bay. It is a very small point of land which is the nesting ground for penguins and cormorants. It is an environmentally sensitive area with limited access to tourists.
